Classic Pico de Gallo

Fresh tomato salsa with garlic, coriander and red chili as a seasoning. A Pico de Gallo is perfect to serve with a barbecue or taco evening!


  • 250 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red chili
  • 0,5 red onion
  • 0,5 clove of garlic
  • 1 pot fresh coriander
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


Rinse and dice the tomatoes and rinse and chop the chili. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

Mix in a bowl and add chopped coriander, grated lime peel, lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
